After my free one-month trial period, I hereby agree that this membership shall renew automatically every 30 days from the original date of purchase via auto-pay. I hereby agree that if I fail to call and/or show up for a booked class with a notice of less than 24 hours, I will be charged the full regular adult class rate. I hereby agree that I am the only person authorized to use the membership services and that no other person or party shall be permitted to use my membership. By purchasing the "Adult Monthly Unlimited Membership" today, I hereby agree to pay $160.00 on a monthly basis until my membership is canceled by providing my written request via email to [email protected] no less than 30 days prior to my next billing date.
